1965 evinrude 9.5 sportwin starter part #?

I had this motor given to me ,so far ive replaced the prop,carb,fuel pump,plugs,and gas lines,but the starter assembly is missing and I cant figure out what assembly to buy ,does anyone know the starter assembly(s) that will fit this motor?

EDIT: Looks like the "Assembly" and "Spool" are NLA. You will need to find a donor motor or used parts.
