im having problems getting my engine to work properly just bought it and got it mounted today. its hard to start most times will only start with choke on. took carb off and it is clean as new. engine is working badly at idle is worst. what do i set low&hi screws at? and does this engine require pressureized gas tank to work properly? because im using my evinrude gas tank its not pressureized its got hand primer bulb inline, also the carb is a tillotson
