Not familiar with the Starmist, but the deck/layout looks very similar to the Jetstar, Nova, and smaller Holiday runabouts. Looks like you countersunk the rivets. Not sure if you used 3M5200 when you sank them in, but some skim over the countersinks with the 5200 or MarineTex before laying down Nautolex marine vinyl. That will help seal up the holes, but also cause some frustration down the road if anyone decides to replace the deck again. Not sure what the original deck covering was, but there seems to be a high preference towards the Nautolex marine vinyl as new replacement. Marideck is another similar marine vinyl option, just be mindful of the pricing as one tends to go by the yard and the other by the foot.
