Thought you got Whaler? Looks like you got dog approved Subaru.

Couldn't really see the meter face. Good or bad?

See froggy , i like the way ya think :) , but alas its too small to shoe horn a ls in, so it will be outboard, after looking at how boat was set up , im im probebly going to put it back original seems not much to improve upon, and im trying to reign myself in that its for crabbing and shallow water stuff :)

on another note , outboard weighs 150 lbs, now i understand why board was so small for the transom, i will resist my urge to overbuild...,also thinking some ideas keeping it original since console is close to center , do i use king starboard or do i go with wood again ....

carbon fiber plate is not much more than GRP, so mock-up in carbon and foam, do two layers of carbon on top with EEEEEEPPPPPPOOOOOOOOOOOOXXXXXIIIIIIEEEEEEE........ and then clear coat

bling and crabs....... take it as you want

I thought about making a console with foam and doing what you say , just havent dsecided if i wanna go that road or semi original , those mohagony boards sure are expensive lol , figured i could do the whole king starboard for 500 the interior out of mahogony is 1500 , im not rebuilding a classic i could never pull it off with this hull , but it might loo cool semi original with minor improvements

How about using a less expensive wood .. Cedar or Oak maybe ...As good as the wood looks there is gunna be some maintenance periodically .. Coosa board and glass maybe ? Relatively light weight and would be there for ever ...
