1963 21' holiday outboard

I Purchased this boat hull yesterday. The title reads 1963 holiday 21'

I have searched the internet and don't see anything from this year that's 21' or more. I let alone can't find a 21' starcraft holiday outboard for comparison. Is this a rarer model or does anyone have any info.

That style plate was used in 71 and 72, either the boat is newer or the plate replaced.

Sometime boat HINs and trailer VINs find their way "reallocated". Could be what happened here.
