Where is the adjustment starting point on carb high and low after a carb rebuild ,Also any ideas on a teather cord kill swith for my Sportwin . Thanks Jason

3/4 turn on the high speed and 1-1/2 turns on the low speed. You could run a wire to each set of points for a kill switch.
