Yes.
Battery (+) to starter solenoid.
Other side of starter solenoid to starter lug.
Battery (-) to engine block.

A fused (+) positive wire to the ignition switch battery connection.
A wire back from the ignition switch start connection to the starter solenoid coil connection. The other side of the solenoid coil needs to be grounded if using a marine solenoid (recommended).
The two black wires from under the magneto plate go to the M terminals on the ignition switch to kill the motor.

Switch:
S=Solenoid
B=Battery+
M=Magneto (2 places)
A=Accessories

The 2 big connections on the solenoid go to the battery and starter.
One of the smaller solenoid coil connections goes to the S on the starter switch. The other solenoid coil connection gets grounded.
