1959 wizard 7.5 HP

I have an old wizard I'm restoring but I'm struggling to find replacement parts or knowing what I can use as an alternative. Anybody have any advice for me? The Idle adjustment screws needs to be replaced and IDK where to find a replacement

When I was a young lad, my uncle had a ten hp wizard, the start position was about 3/4 throttle...when it fired up...hang on as you were suddenly flying across the water as there was no gear shift, just a yank and go !...he had that old motor for as long as I can remember, always ran great, just scary when starting. Thanks for posting the pic..
