1959 Owens Runabout 14' Need Info Please...

I am looking for any info on this boat I just purchased. It is in really nice shape with the original trailer. Problem is I don't know anything about it's history, value, etc...<br /><br />Any info would be greatly appreciated. I have not been able to find anything about it using google or other search engines but then again I may not be looking the right way.<br /><br />Thanks in advance,<br />Bob

i too have a 14 foot runabout owens started making fiberglass boats in mid 50s then they became owens and larson out of baltimore maryland, then brunswick bought them. as for mine i need a windshield. been restoring for a year boat is all original but the seats with a 60 hp crysler.. as far as what its worth, i paid 700 with the motor which runs great, in prime condition you could get 2500 with the motor but has to be looking great. if u know of anyone that has a windshield for this boat PLEASE let me know......thanks
