Sam just make the chrome parts black. Forget the name for that ...oh yea powder coat. duh.

I used the JB Weld on the tank .. Worked just fine I think . Did a couple of light dusting with the self etching then followed up with the rusto clean metal primer .. 96F045BD-C8E7-4B95-B29F-2381AAED94BC.jpeg60237415-D3C5-484D-8D2D-D610839963E2.jpeg
Had a couple bad runs because I wasn’t paying attention on the one piece .. I’ll sand it out and see how it looks ..
Been cleaning and degreasing the rest of the motor .. Breaking it down getting ready for paint .

‘I didn’t realize the paint I got was metallic ...I only got 2 cans . I ordered another 2 .
Ive never painted metallic before and this will be a first for painting clear coat ..
All rattle can ..

4 coats on the shroud and 3 on the tank ..
