Does anyone know if Lloyd Lautner is still selling the leather primer seals for a 1950 johnson TN-26 Carburetor?
also, does anyone know where i can get a replacement impeller for same motor?

yes Lloyd just made up a new batch. If you need his contact info let me know.

You can make the impeller yourself by buying one for a newer 5.5hp, are boring it out slightly until it fits the TN shaft.
