I appreciate the info ezmobee. That is quite cheaper than the manufactured boat carpet glue which is the same thing that you used but the other is more expensive.

Well guys here are the pics of what I have completed so far. I am about 70 percent finished I just have to build a platform to go over the engine and carpet the bench seat. I also have to start installing the lights and other small things.the floor board is not secure yet just put in place to make sure it would fit. I am going to secure it once the bench seat is carpeted.

Are you going to build a platform over the outboard to be used as a flats boat?

Yes, my plan is to build a platform out of aluminum to go over the motor. as well as adding spotlights on the sides that can rotate and have a removable fishing seat off the platform. That way I can gig, fish or whatever the platform could be useful for.

Hint hint are you stations at Bragg...... go to whoever maintains the post roads and scrounge up an old ALUMINUM street sign and then support with aluminum angle.

Hmmmm our old APC's were aluminum
