I have a 15 hp Mariner serial # 684 cs. 022430 and the thing won't start. I checked the new plugs to see if I am getting a spark and I am. If I turn the kill switch off, no spark so I know that is working. The lower unit turns just fine if I pull the cord in gear, so I know that is not froze up. I can sit and pull the coed for 15 or 20 pulls and nothing happens. There is fuel getting to the carb and the carb is clean as a whistle, so I ruled that part out. What can I do next? It seems that if I am getting a good spark to the plugs, the electrical end is all right so what could I do now? Please Help Me!!! Thank You.
