15 hp Force

Can you please tell me what screw is the idle (if its even in this pic).
And where can I get a service manual?

Brass screw with the spring, top center of photo, is the idle fuel mixture screw.

The idle speed screw should be the silver screw about 1.5 inches to the left and an inch down ( in the photo).
