15 hp eveinrude will not start

I have a 1995 4 stroke 15 hp evenrude that ran fine, then I went back a week later and it would'nt start. I have checked the gas flow up to the moter and it's fine, where do I go from here?

Check for spark, check compression.

Go to the Top Secret File ^^^. Do the "Outboard won't start" tests.
