Havent posted in a while. here is a preview with the jewelry on it! Found these stainless railings on ebay for cheap. They worked perfect! Just needed a bit of hand bending to match the curve.

In the paint booth finally! Lots of fairing and grinding to get it to this point.

Paint looks nice! Does the polyumac work on curved transom,s ? 375$ is still cheaper than I paid for seacast..
Keep up the good work!!

I think you would be limited by any extreme curves. But a slight curve could probably be dealt with by used a bunch of thinner sheets (ie 1/4 inch) and sandwiching them up to your desired thickness. Using epoxy between sheets and clamping it up to the curve you are looking for. We are very happy with the product. And great peace of mind knowing that it isnt going to rot.

Doing some top notch work there looks great wish I had a nice space like that to work out of.

Thanks! Yeah we were very fortunate to have such a generous group of friends to put up with us for as long as they have. Nearing the end. The white paint in the photos is a high build primer. We will eventually be going with a blue color combo inside and out. Plus bottom paint.

Re: 14 foot gamefisher rebuild

Well....Lots, and lots, and lots of fairing and filler later. The project has now reached the point where bottom paint can be applied. These pictures show the barrier coat and finally the black bottom paint. We floated the boat to get the water line. Has a pretty good amount of freeboard. Cant wait to see it with some paint and jewelry. The bow where the three hulls meet proved to be tricky. We ended up using a laser to strike a line between the two sides.

Fabricated some mahogany rod holder brackets to fit the corners in the stern.

Big day today! PAINT! Beautiful day outside upper 60's. First picture is of primer. The rest show the various coats of Awl Grips Aqua Mist. A subtle blue color, darker blue in less light. The inside will be a darker blue (Whaler Blue). Heres some pics.
