OK been busy and life got in the way of this and many other projects, anyway got some work done to motor, stripped entire motor down, separated power head and went through it, disassembled entire bottom stripped, etch, zinc chromate primer and OEM topcoat. Replaced every non stressed bolt, screw and washer with SS with anti-seize applied, installed a pee stream, still have to clean and tune carbs but she runs, got 135-140 psi per cylinder on compression test, here are some pics.
