12' Sea King

Hello all!

This is my first post! so thanks in advance! I have looked on older post to see if my questions werew already answered but did not see everything i need to know. I just got a 12' Sea king, it is very old boat but seems to be in good condition (it floats) I was wondering how to change the transome it is almost gone also is it worth me trying to make the boat look better? like look wise? my Kids are wanting to paint it but not sure if you can and or is it worth the time to make it look batter? Thanks for all you help and i will post pics soon.

I would fix the transom and put it in the water. Paint could wait until fall, winter or spring. Unless your a year round boater.

Small Tinny's are made to get banged up.
