Sounds like the carbs are set a little too lean. As a quick test, the next time it does it, just press the choke button for a second.... If the engine picks up, then open the carb mixture screws (one on each carb) 1/8 to 1/4 turn.

That part is the 'enricher', very similar to a choke... If you replaced the broken fuel line, it's unlikely to be the current problem.

Has the problem started since the line broke?

Yes the problem started after the broken fuel line. ran perfect before that but the broken line was the last trip out last season and the first trip out this year was this problem. Thanks for the help and anymore would be greatly appreciated

Try the choke thing... it may just be coincidence...

If you want to, just clamp the hoses....

Worth checking that you don't have an air leak on any of those hoses either...

Check that the timing is advancing correctly. You could have a frozen pivot point somewhere.

Re: 115hp mercury mariner tower of problems

Ok here is the update sorry it took so long i found out i didnt have spark in 135 so i replaced the switch box cause i had an extra laying around so i insatalled it put the spark plug tester on 3 and it sparked once and that was it, so i then tried 1 and 5 and they spark like no tommorro, so i swapped coils to see. and nothing  still dead on 3 so i checked all connections swapped plugs and still nothing in 3 will a switch box lose just one plug or does anybody have another suggestion? any help please

At this stage I think it's probably just the switchbox.... If it was a trigger, you'd lose 2 sparks, one from each switchbox. If it was the stator you'd lose all sparks on one of other, or both, switchboxes.

There is a possibility that the coil associated with the lost spark could have killed that circuit in the switchbox. I would replace that coil too, they're not expensive.
