115 evinrude wirring diagram and yr

i have 115 evinrude tring to wire motor some one has cut plug off triying tofind out were the wires go for ignition and charge ,temp,choke also wat year it is ave model #115899c ser.#j002917 can any body help im trying to get boat done for my dad he just retired has nothing to do
