outboard-parts.com had the original part but it was not big enough for my throttle control cam. but I learned how to adjust it to what I already had. lol. cost me $40 to learn but i did. lol

It is a round piece of plastic make one.

I think I do this piece if I don t find because it s simple.
I have just search the dimensions. And I do this with a lathe in plastic
