04 Crestliner Super Hawk 1600 bow trim switch.

Does anyone know what the trim up and down switch is supposed to do on the trolling motor plug panel of the bow if this boat?

Here is a pic of the replacement panel we bought.

Its in parallel with the Helm throttle/shifter switch (on that handle) and the switch on the side of the engine, Starboard side.....3 places where you can tilt your engine.
