Does anyone know of a free repair manual for my Mercury 40 hp? Just checking before I buy one thank!

Which year is it ? That's a 2-3 cylinder OB ? Could it be a rebadged Tohatsu 40 model ?

It is a 2002 mercury 40 hp stroke 2 cylinders serial # 0T423848 #zeroT423848
