hello<br /> glad you solved it. and it did not cost a fortune or take 6 weeks. EFI is simple once you work with it some. ECU or ECM failures are actually quite rare and usually easy to find. coil and trigger sensor failures sometimes take a bit longer but have the same symptoms. wet plugs and a screaming IAC . most times the lap top just gives me a quick rundown on what is not broke so I can look for what is.<br /> good luck and keep boating
