I have a 1981 merc 115 with 3 carbs. I just replaced the top gears for the starter today and put it in the water. I noticed fuel leakage from side of the 3rd lower carb and the face of itis leaking too. This is the only one acting up. When i give it gas it boggs down and shuts off. can anyone...
