I was wondering why my 1981 mercury 115 is smoking. not bad but to me, its not normal. anyone have any idea. thanks

If the plugs start fouling out, I'd say either there's gunk in the needles/seats or the floats sank.

no i already cleaned the carbs good. but im going to check the plugs today.

just a guess but the mixture might be on the rich side causing the excess smoke...check to make sure you properly tuned the carbs...
