    Decisions decisions....

In the market for a new head unit. I got 4 of the 6.5" inifinity over the winter, and now need a HU to drive them. I've had my eye on the Clarion M303. Was doing some reading and came across the Kenwood 550U and 555U units. I like the fact that they have 6 preamps, because to be honest, I...

Hey all, Made a bit of a boo-boo docking, and caught my neighbors swim steps (yes, I left a note offering to pay their repairs). I now have a narrow, deed gouge above the waterline. What caught me was the plate at the ladders hinge, so basically, I impaled my boat on a very dull knife...

    Block Drains

So... sometime along the life of the boat before I acquired her in 2006 someone put bushings into the block drains with 1/8" plugs. They did a good job - used red loctite and all. Water drains just fine our of the minute openings now, but I'm a bit concerned that as the boat ages, the rust and...

SOLVED: Although quite humiliating I feel the need to post this in the hopes that someone else does not make the same or a similar mistake. In doing my troubleshooting I made a fatal error.... i made an ASSumption. Mine was about the firing order. I would have sworn that there was no way I'd...
