    On newer Cobras, they use a different bushing for the bellcrank that has a zerk fitting which allows you to fill with grease with a grease gun after you put it all together. You basically punch the old one out and tap the new one in place. I did that with my 87 Cobra.

    In addition to your confusion of capacity vs current. most small 50AH batteries will likely only be able to put out 50A so 3 of them will put out 150A max wired in parallel.

You have to put in a DC to DC converter for two reasons: 1) LiFePO4 will pull as much current(up to BMS limit) as you can give it so it would overwhelm your charging system....I recommend charging at the 50% of the max...

    I make my own packs but I basically 3D print the case plus some aluminum plate. There are so many options out there these days, I probably won't make them anymore like this. Was a fun project...it's the reason I bought a 3D printer.
