I would think lower oil pressure when hot at idle is perfectly normal. If it was to maintain full pressure at a hot idle the relief valve would be dumping huge amounts of oil at normal operating revs ....and thats an unnecessary strain on the oil pump drive .

1215 . It is good stuff , quite a few manufacturers use it , Toyota , Nissan ,Honda and Suzuki to name a few . I use cheap small temu artists brushes ( I get 20 of them for a couple of bucks ) to apply sparingly . 1215 will fill a bit of uneven surface quite well so it would suit your need :)
