    Steering Actuator P/N

Ok, I thought so, just wanted to make sure. Let me ask this, has this p/n been replaced to 21910902? This came off of a 98 so I know it’s an older boat. I keep seeing that number pop up a lot so I have a feeling like it has an updated p/n.

    Steering Actuator P/N

I’m going to attach a couple pictures in hopes that somebody can tell me what the part number is for my steering actuator. I’ve tried searching them, but the results seem to vary. I think it’s the 385 number, but if that’s the case, what are the other numbers for? Looking for the whole assembly...

    Throttle Cable PN

To put it in perspective, it’s like when the control is in neutral it’s full throttle at the carburetor and then with the control all the way in reverse it’s at neutral/idle RPMs and when I try to push the control forward it will barely even budge.

    Throttle Cable PN

Here’s what I’m working with. I put my old cable back on and it’s doing the same thing so obviously there’s something that I’m doing wrong and I can’t figure it out. I put everything back to how it was before I took it off.

    Throttle Cable PN

Yeah it does. I think Scott could be right. I’m gonna mess with it today and see what I can do. The other day when I was installing it, I was starting to get aggravated and could’ve just connected it on the wrong side of the controller. My worst fear though, is it may not be the throttle cable...

    Throttle Cable PN

Alright guys and gals, I want to update y’all, I installed the new cable, everything looked like it matched up as the ends were the same as what was on my old cable, but after installing, the lever would only go forward and not reverse. Is it possible the cable was just messed up, or is there...

    Throttle Cable PN

Mine must’ve been rubbed off because that’s all I could find. However, I did read that you measure from tip to tip and if it falls in between a foot mark then you just round up to the nearest foot.

    Throttle Cable PN

Well here’s what I found. Of course it looks like the numbers I need for the length are rubbed off.

    Throttle Cable PN

Ok, thanks for the info. I wasn’t aware they were universal. I’ll take it off later today to see what I find.

    Throttle Cable PN

So my throttle cable doesn’t wanna retract all the way after giving it gas. When I’m giving it, for example, half throttle and then go to slide back into neutral it stays revved up and I have to go back to the engine bay and manually push it back so it will come back down to idle RPMs so I’m...

    Overheating Problem

Yeah I guess they’re simple if you know what you’re doing.

    Overheating Problem

Ok, so I found a video on YouTube that had a similar engine and the way it was laid out. So the part where all the hoses run to is my thermostat housing and to my ignorance, I didn’t know the thermostat was up in that part of the housing. That leads me to my next question though, what was that...

    Overheating Problem

Also I wanna say, in the second picture, that middle hose is the one that comes from the impeller, the two back hoses come from the exhaust manifolds, and then the big one on the far right goes somewhere into the front of the engine and then in the fourth picture, to the far right is my water...

    Overheating Problem

I had a feeling I wasn’t getting enough water because when I unbolted the cluster with the 5 hoses running to it, it’s like the impeller wasn’t sending enough water up the hose into the middle of the manifold (which could be noticed in the last video). I will say, and you know more than me, it...

    Overheating Problem

The last video (I think) of the manifold, before I could get the video going it seemed to spew quite a bit of order. I don’t know if that matters or not, but I’m just trying to give as much information as possible.

    Overheating Problem

Also I do wanna say at idle, the middle hose, which is the one that comes from the impeller, doesn’t really seem to shoot out a lot of water. It just seems to gurgle. Now when you give it some gas it does seem to increase flow.

    Overheating Problem

Ok ladies and gentlemen, I have a problem with overheating. I’ve replaced the water impeller and I’m not sure what to do from there. I’ll attach some pictures and try to explain to you all what is happening from left to right. Ok, first picture I took out what appeared to be (or so I thought)...

    Exhaust Bellow

Ok, so since it’s overheating, I’m assuming I’ll start at the water pump first then if it’s overheating and just go from there.

    Exhaust Bellow

Prior one from what I can remember was solid. I’m assuming it would be ok though, just strange. Let me ask you as well as anybody else, and I’ll dive further into the situation if enough people reply back; is it possible for your engine to overheat due to not having an exhaust bellow? (As in too...

    Exhaust Bellow

They’re supposed to be one solid piece right? No holes?
