MotorGuide Trolling Motor won't shut off

I did a quick google search and it seems like your not alone. Try taking it apart and check for water on any electronics and that should be your issue. If not replace the switch. If its not neither of those then my guess is its mechanical. I just searched "motorguide ef76v trolling motor wont...

Nissan Outboard 50 HP NS50D2 won’t turn over

First check the voltage drop at the start motor. If it's 0 v. then check for continuity at across the solenoid. I've had it happen a few times that the contacts in the solenoid will go bad from over use and you'll hear the click but its not completing the circuit inside. If that's good then its...

    wiring slave solenoid

I've had like this with a boat before. Check for a voltage drop across your starter. IF there is no voltage drop then try turning the engine over and see if you get continuity across the solenoid. If it reads O/L the replace the solenoid and it should be fine. Side note: I saw you mentioned a...

95 Lowes 1930 (Sea Nymph?) no power to switches

First off check any fuses and/or breakers if you haven't already. If it wasn't any of those check the negative bus(the negative wire from the battery switch should lead to that). Make sure its not super corroded. If it is that's probably the issue in which case it should be replaced. If its...
