    You’re right this is an excellent motor and it starts right up once the morning warms up it’s only an issue when temperatures are below 45 Fahrenheit. It may be the non-ethanol premixed gas not having enough octane. This gas runs almost $100 for 5 gallons.

    I removed airhorn so I can visually see choke flap closed punk ball Firm still would not start. I see fuel leaking from under choke flat. Now What??? Total frustration!!!!

    Chokers pulled all the way out ball pumped still will not start. Fuel appears to be leaking from under choke flat. So it seems fuel is getting into carburetor but not firing. Now What!!!!

    Thanks carb was cleaned with ultra sound tank and was then rebuilt and was rebuilt using all steps you recommended. still would not cold start I have also just replaced fuel connection with check vale to motor. Will try cold start early tomorrow morning. wish me luck .

    I am not sure were neutral stop is on throttle. I presume its at the point that you can shift forward and or reverse??? That is the point I try to start motor with choke out when cold starting.
