    1976 evinrude 35 hp conversion help

    I have to convert my 76 evinrude 35 from electric to manual. Do I remove the alternator coils or just disconnect them? I have a new flywheel and recoil starter etc. Looking at the service manual it looks like the alternator and stator are missing.

    Evinrude Outboard Engine cowl. In search of 1976 35 hp manual start evinrude engine cowl. Would appreciate. Apparently hard to find... or not looking in the right place.
