    Discover has been great with me. Been with them since the late 70's , Sears. Disputes are handled quick, although there have been very few. Any fraud and attempts at fraud get immediate contact. I'm surprised the china carb parts swapped over and fit. Sometimes they're just slightly off...

    I prop for the higher end of the manufacturer's recommended max rpm @WOT for the longevity of my engine. Everything else becomes what I'm left with.

    in our borough, we are supposed to clear sidewalks 12 hrs after the "event". It use to be 24 hrs. This is BS of course. Typical "white tower" overreach. Who/What determines the "end of event" ? And what does "clear" mean?
