    Yess, I can do that. There is an exhaust tube going down from that manifold. I hope that that comes loose also when I remove the intake manifold. And I hope to see if I can look inside the exhaust leg to see the copper tubing.

    Isn't there an inspection hole on the flywheel? Otherwise, use a puller. All older coils end up cracked, unless replaced later on in their life.

    You can have a strong spark with cracked coils. Only at the wrong moment. Not a big issue to inspect.
