    5.7 GSi compression ratio formula.

    Hey guys, I'm in the process of rebuilding my 2000 5.7l GSi PEFS. I notice that stock the compression ratio is listed at 9.4:1 but every time I punch stock numbers in to online calculators I am getting a number much higher, in the mid 10 ranges. Am I missing something here?

    Raw fuel in fuel vapor vent hose.

    2000 5.7l GSi PEFS. Engine is running rich. Fouled a plug ( black, wet with fuel). Four other plugs are black. These were new NGK BPR6EFS gapped to .045". Pulled the vacuum line between fuel cell and tbi and fuel ran out of it. I'm thinking this is not normal? What's my course of action to...
