i just picked up a 1983 omc 115 1.6lt outboard......it seem the person prior to me didnt have it hooked up right.there isnt any tilt or trim buttons on the shift lever and the round switch on the dash isnt hooked up either.....the wire from the shift lever goes to motor and there is a relay box...
