    engine tilt problem

    This morning I attempted to lower my engine. The tilt motor sounded very weak, moved the engine slightly and gradually just stopped. does this sound like an electrical issue or does he tilt motor need to be replaced? Does the motor need to be taken off to replace the tilt motor? thanks
