    how many layers

    are two layers of 1.5 csm enough for my deck. I plan on coating with primer and then using kiwi grip non skid. I have enough 6 oz cloth that i could cover it with a layer, but its such a pain because it runs/tears so easily that if i can do without it...i would like to. Thanks, Bob

    is it okay to mix brands of polyester resin?

    I'm nearing the final stages of my deck installation. I may be in need of just a little more resin, which my supplier only sells in 5 gal. buckets. Think its okay to use 3m resin that i can get at auto parts store for $30? I didn't know if it would matter using different brands?
