So i put a new impeller mercruiser alpha 1 gen 2 today. After putting the lower unit back on and the gear in forward...i can spin the prop forward by hand with a clunking sound but will not spin backward....i unfortanetly don't know if this is normal??? please help.
newb here....prolly a dumb question but i have the prop off and removed the two bolts holding on the anode but can't get the anode off. i don't see anything in the manual mention an extra step so what am i missing? thanks for the help. (yes have manuals)
