    Asking for an outboard bud...I have seen the carb float quickly..its made from cork.. He is concerned that it is not moving freely.. Should it travel flush to the top??? I dont think that it is right now..I am assuming this is without the top on Sorry , I know this is kinda vauge.. Thanks
