    Normal volts at batery while running?

    Driving me crazy.....

    Ok, 1986 or 87 merc 75hp ser. no. 0a953815. I rebuilt the carbs, and reinstalled, boat ran fine. I replaced the fuel pump diaphram, and now it wont stay running. I prime it, it runs off what is in the bowls then dies out. Is there something common I might have missed?

    Did I screw up my lower unit?

    I wanted to rebuild my waterpump myself so I ordered the kit and went to work. I called the guy at the local Merc shop and he told me to remove the lower unit while in gear, so I did. Now for the life of me I can't get it back on. Is there a way to get it back in neutral or am I missing...

    Sealing a leak from the outside.......... Can it be done?

    I recently replaced the deck in my aluminum CC and prior to doing so I sealed all my rivits and seams with gulvit..... or so I thought. I have a small leak but a leak none the less between two aluminum sections on my hull. Can this be sealed from the outside or do I need to pull my deck up...

    Spark plug wire help

    Interrupted spark?

    I just found 2 grounding straps broken that go from the engine block to the metal frame on my 1987 merc 75 hp. Could this cause an interruption of spark leading to poor engine performance?

    Cracked flywheel flex plate
