The iboats forum moderators are excited to announce that at this time it appears the iboats forums posting pictures function is working once again. Though we cannot promise for how long, we're hoping for indefinitely.
Just want to start by saying that I love this forum and read posts at least every other day (Can you say addicted)! There's tons of great info and advice here, but I may have something (or a couple of things) a little bit unique going on with my motor. Maybe I'm just over thinking too?
I picked...
Was wondering if anyone had successfully done this? The bench is full of floatation material so there is no way to put nuts on the bottom. I'm reluctant to just use sheet metal screws as we all know they are going to eventually wallow out and become loose. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
I have a 1985 Evinrude 15HP tiller on a 14' fishing boat. The motor is clean as a pin and runs like a top. Since I've owned it (bought it last summer), it is really tough to get started when I launch it (cold). After it has been run, it will start on the 1st pull everytime warm. I replaced the...

Rebuilt the carb, (No change) but the accel pump would hang on the spring and get dislodged. installed the old accel pump...
First off I want to say that this is a great forum. I have been browsing and reading it daily since I picked my new project up last month. The Dou Challenger is not my 1st boat so when I saw it sitting in the yard at a local marine store, I checked it over well and saw a "diamond in the rough"...
