    Another water pump question!

    I just replaced the water pump on my 1991 150hp Mariner. Since it hadn't been touched in 5 years, I replaced everything- impeller, base and housing. I even put an air test on the lower unit which held 10 psi for 10hrs. It seems as though I get very little water flow at the tell-tale when idling...
