I am looking for a new prop as one blade is dinged pretty bad.
I have not taken the prop off, but want to know based on the info of what is on the prop, does it tell me the size, type, etc.
It has a 12 stamped on it and it has a G stamped on it.

i have heard that you can buy the 50HP carbs/kits and put them on the 40HP.
I need little more power to get my 16ft Xpress out of the hole on plane. It is running about 30 miles per hour and i need that extra HP.
Can i do this and what do i need?

I did a restore. Used some of that Cheap Lowes Carpet and it has seeped through my carpet. Adhesive has been dry over a couple months ago. Would like to know what is the best way to remove the adhesive now?

Just a standard outboard, no jack plates, etc.

My inline 6 has always ran great (excluding the cold start), but this past weekend, it started to bog down after 3/4 throttle. Runs fine to 3/4, but after i hit it down all the way, it boggs down.
