Well finally got all the prep work done and poured a new Seacast transom on Sunday. It went great !!!!! no leaks and the Seacast performed as advertised. The only little trouble I had was where the resin oozed around the plywood dams on the inside and started...
I have a '72 Crestliner with a bad transom. I have already removed the wood between the two transom skins with a chain saw. The problem is that the inside skin was bad and I had to remove both upper corners.
I have made replacements L shaped 1/2 plywood that I plan on covering with fiberglass...
Well here goes ! I attempted to replace the drain tubes in this old girl. First one went well, good wood and solid. You know the rest of the story.
I spent 2 days taking the transom out with a surgically precise chain saw. Got the stringers cut out and the inside with a Harbor Freight...
Anyone have a '73 Muskie. I am missing the emblem on the glove box door and either need one or a picture of one so I can have it reproduced.

I have a completely restored '73 Crestliner Muskie. Beautiful little boat but one problem. One of the transom drain liners is corroded almost completly away. Where do you find a replacement liner and once you find it how do you actually replace it.
