    Take a look at the pointer on my cdi box vs throttle position. I can't find any info on what mark it is supposed to point to when.

    Nevermind. Upon closer examination grommet is good to go. Nice tight fit to the water tube. Hoping it was just a junk pump. If this doesn't get the water flowing out the telltale i am not sure what else to do. Lower unit housing under the water pump is mint with zero corrosion or pitting so...

    This kit seemed especially cheap. The housing was 3d printed. Anyway I ordered an oem kit and will inspect the upper copper tube grommet when I am in there. Was run on muffs as I have done with countless other motors without issue

    1993 ev 25. Fought that god forsaken front stud but finally got the unit removed. I must have stripped the threads on the stud. The nut won't tighten. Anyone ever successfully removed that stud? Any other options for me here? Thanks

    Hub weight rating

    Not sure. The seal went bad looks like some grit might have gotten in there. I made it back home 400 miles and no grease coming out of the seal on the tractor supply hub. Thanks for the help guys.
