I was wondering what is the best way to cover up old screw holes and the like left behind in white fiberglass due to resiting the radio etc. Some go all the way through and some are a couple of milimeters deep.

On a 2002 BF90. The tilt cap,which takes the special tool to remove is jammed tight. In fact, I have managed to elongate a couple of the holes trying to budge it. It is made of very soft alloy. Before I fornicate it competely, does anyone have any helpful suggestions?

The tilt seems to have packed in. Trim works and I'm in the process of bleeding it as I don't have the tools etc to tackle it. What would be recommended: change all seals while I am into it or just do the tilt piston?

At 3,000 revs my Honda 90 performs OK. When I raise the engine speed to 4,000 the boat starts to slow and "hunt". Is it possible that the prop is slipping at high speed, or is it an all or nothing deal?
