Ok, so i'm re-doing my stereo, new head unit and speakers. Should I build enclosures for the speakers. They are 6 1/2" coaxial. Will it make a noticable difference in sound quaility?

I was wondering how hard it would be to build a set of stainless exhaust risers. Has anyone done this? I want them to bolt to the stock mercusier manifolds. Are they double wall? I'm not doing this for performance' mainly wanting to dress up the engine.
