    identifying part(s) found under mounting plate

    Johnson 1984 90HP J90MLCRD Engine is running rough lately, compression is good. removed carbs to clean and noticed these two washer or bushings under the plate that is just below and in front of a carb. What is it and where does it go? I cant find it in the parts diagram or service manual.

    1984 johnson 90hp carb leaking fuel out air cleaner

    I just cleaned carbs and reassembled. I took off the air cleaner and gas came pouring out the bottom. The lower carbs are leaking gas despite me cleaning them. I can reclean and double check float level if suggested. The spark plugs: Top spark plugs were black and carbon stuck. The...
